About the Team: 

Joe Verduci, Senior Vice President & Commercial Banking Officer, is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience helping businesses, municipalities, and non-profit organizations achieve their financial goals. Joe is committed to building long-term relationships throughout Western Pennsylvania by delivering strategic banking solutions, treasury management guidance, and customized financing options that help organizations grow and thrive. Known for his consultative approach, Joe works closely with business owners, executive leadership teams, and community organizations to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and create lasting value.

Jennifer Hisdorf, Vice President of Treasury and Municipal Banking, is a dynamic professional with a wealth of experience in the financial industry. Jennifer is dedicated to strengthening local governments throughout Allegheny and Beaver counties by fostering relationships and providing expert, tailored banking guidance to municipalities. She has created training and other programs to support leadership, council members, and business owners throughout the community to protect against fraud and optimize their banking services. She has assisted numerous municipalities over the last year to save money on fees, reduce fraud risk and optimize cash flow. She understands that partnership is key and serves as an advocate and resource to her clients. Beyond her corporate endeavors, Jennifer is a dedicated non-profit specialist, devoting her time to serve on many boards. This connection enables her to provide guidance to non-profit organizations, local CDC’s, municipal committees and serving on the Economic Development and Beverly Road Association of her hometown of Mt. Lebanon.

Erika Schuster is a Treasury Management Associate Banker at Brentwood Bank with 16 years of experience in banking. She works closely with businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations to help them achieve their financial goals. Erika is passionate about building meaningful relationships, connecting people, and being a trusted resource for her clients and community. She is an active member of the South West Regional Chamber of Commerce and serves as Chair of its Impactful Women Committee.
