LWC Signature Leadership Program

The LWC Signature Leadership Program is a 10-month, intensive leadership experience designed for professionals currently serving in leadership roles, as well as small business owners seeking to deepen their impact.Throughout the program, participants engage in a dynamic combination of classroom learning, experiential opportunities, and direct exposure to government, academic, nonprofit, and corporate institutions across the region. This comprehensive approach provides a deeper understanding of the local economy, community systems, and leadership challenges shaping Washington County and Southwestern Pennsylvania.

The Signature Program also offers access to a robust network of business and community leaders, creating meaningful connections that extend well beyond the program year. Participants leave with expanded perspectives, strengthened leadership skills, and a greater capacity to contribute to their organizations and communities.
