Leadership Washington County Announces 2025–2026 Signature Leadership Class Applications Open

Washington County, PA – August 5, 2025—Leadership Washington County (LWC) is delighted to announce that applications are open for the 2025–2026 Signature Leadership Program, a transformative experience designed to develop and connect leaders. This program is open to individuals at all career stages, ensuring that everyone, whether serving publicly, leading in the community, or making an impact behind the scenes, can grow as a leader and make a difference.

The Signature Leadership Program provides participants with an in-depth understanding of community issues, leadership development opportunities, and meaningful connections with peers across industries. Through immersive learning days, behind-the-scenes tours, and thought-provoking discussions, participants gain the tools to make a lasting impact both professionally and within their communities.

Nina Pompeani, another alumna, shared, “LWC led me to understand my strengths and how to leverage my skills to be an effective and impactful leader. I have learned so much about myself, how to create meaning in my work, and how to better serve my community.”
