Join us for a fun, fast-paced Practice Your Pitch Challenge at this month’s Chamber luncheon! Whether you’re a seasoned networker or new to the room, this interactive session gives you the chance to sharpen your elevator pitch and elevate your confidence.

Participants will take turns delivering their 30–60 second business pitch while fellow attendees offer constructive, supportive feedback on clarity, impact, and memorability. It’s a safe, encouraging environment designed to help you refine your message, connect more effectively, and leave with actionable tips you can use right away.

Member Events Policies and Procedures: 

Allergen Policy: Allergens must be disclosed at the time of registration. Any members with allergens who do not disclose 72-hours prior to the event may not receive an allergen-friendly meal option. A packed lunch is welcome at that time*.

Late Registration Policy: Any general event registrations within one-week of event will have a designated fee of 25%* added to the events original cost per person. As many venues require final orders to be received a week prior to the event, a late designation causes undisclosed problems and additional costs to the chamber of commerce. *Larger events may incur higher amounts which will be disclosed earlier

Registration Procedures: All registrations must be made through the website. Any registration issues should be directed to Office Manager, Megan Kane by reaching out to info@swrcoc.org or calling 412-221-4100.

Event Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Method

  • Cancellations must be submitted via email or through the event registration platform to ensure proper documentation.

Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable, as commitments to venues, catering, and materials have already been made.

No-Shows

  • Attendees who do not cancel within 72-hours of the event and do not attend will be charged the full registration fee.

Weather or Emergency Closures

In the case of severe weather or unexpected emergencies, updates will be communicated via email, social media, and our website. Refunds or credits will be issued when possible.
