Matt Bricker is a successful leader in the Human Capital Management (HCM) and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) space, with experience dating back to 2012. In 2023, he launched and rapidly grew the Pittsburgh marketplace for BBSI, a $9 billion company, establishing its presence where market share was previously non-existent. Due to this success, he was tasked with opening and now running the new BBSI Pittsburgh branch in Southpointe. On a daily basis, Matt works directly with leaders of small-to-mid-sized companies to understand their growth strategies and pain points, offering tailored programs to support their needs. He also collaborates closely with referral partners, primarily in the property & casualty and employee benefits sectors, to act as a crucial support for their clients.
