Joe is a great guy. We were is a tough place after our old contractor stopped showing up and left us with a mess. Joe helped us complete the interior work on our addition. He was fair with his pricing for any changes and his guys fixed the previous work when needed. He was always responsive and a good communicator. We could not have finished our project without him. In the future I would use Joe Stator from the beginning.
We have now completed a second project with Joe. We considered looking around for other quotes, but we have had enough bad experiences that we wanted to know that things would be done right and communication would be good. For the second project he remodeled two bathrooms upstairs for our kids and altered some closets including new electrical, plumbing, tile and layout. I would not hesitate to recommend Joe. He wants things to be done right and cares.
